Little House In The Woods: Beautiful Day For SUMMER To Arrive

Woke up this morning to see the sun brightly shinning not a cloud in the sky very comfortable outside. Made a pot of coffee and Shiloh and I sat out in the sun room enjoying our coffee and also the beautiful day. Must say today is just such a perfect day. Glad May has gone for that was one very wet month. Really not looking forward to any more storms for quite a while.
So let's welcome in Sumer with a big Shout Out Of Happiness, for this is definitely the time to go to the Air Show next week Thunder Over The Boardwalk, and also to enjoy the beach, ocean, BBQs, and so much more. Must not forget the Birthdays that are coming up in a week or two at "The Little House In The Woods" Definitely be a BBQ on those days. Who's Birthday, why of course Shiloh on the 2nd and Mike on the 16th. Both will also be celebrated with Sugar-Free Birthday cakes since they are both Diabetics. Have to tell you those cakes are delicious too.
I am sure we will all bitch about the heat and about the electric bill to keep us cool but that too is what summer brings us. I never said that there is not any down parts of summer.
And before we know it it will be Independence Day, July 4th, the day of celebrating our independence, enjoying the beautiful firework displays and remember our troops that serving out country with Honor and Bravery to keep us all so very safe. Oh and when you bitch about the heat just think of how hot it is where they are deployed and what they have to wear and carry on their backs going from here to there, not an easy life for them at all but, I do Thank each and everyone of them.
