One More Day Till

Oh how happy I am starting to get for it is only one more day till my Favorite Holiday. Why of course that would be St. Patty's Day, to me it is the Happiest Day of the Year. Just thought I would drop all a reminder so you won't forget to wear your GREEN tomorrow. I best get going for I have to bake 3 Irish Soda Breads, oh how much I love to bake them, the Aroma in the house from baking them is so grand, eating them is OH SO GOOD. Apparently a few friends like them so much they called me and asked me to make them one, so off of here I go to the Kitchen to Bake. That surely puts a big SMILE on my face.

Why of course I will be baking one for the "Little House In The Woods"

Then get up bright and early tomorrow to make the corn beef and cabbage, so that it will be oh so full of flavors and so tender that you can slice it like butter.

The baking is finally all done so I bid you all a "GOOD NIGHT"
