Oh such a Beautiful St. Patty's Day it is. The Sun shinning Brightly, pleasant warm breeze all in a Sea of Green. May all live a Hundred Years and One more to Repent.
The Aroma of the corn beef, cabbage, and potatoes cooking very low in the gingerale and Guinness Beer sure is making the "Little House In The Woods" the place to be. Oh how great it is smelling and making me so hungry. When Mike gets home he shall be so Happy, he waits an entire year to have this meal. Guess I sort of do too, but no corn- beef for me please for I do not eat meat. However I do love the cabbage and potatoes. Can not wait till I can take the Irish Soda Bread out and eat it for that is my Favorite.
As you can see the LepreChaun over there to your right is guarding his gold, but that is alright for I to shall go looking for a pot of Gold at the End of the Rainbow to bring me some Good Irish Luck. Lord knows I need it badly.
