My Favorite holiday of all. Much Decorating has already begun at "The Little House In The Woods"
Just a bit more then all shall be done. Time to get the ingredients to make thee Irish Soda Bread, Deliciously my Favorite. Guinness Beer why of course I need that for how else would I make me corn beef and cabbage with those fine red potatoes. There is one Secret Ingredient I do put into it but please remember it is a Secret Ingredient. I wish I could tell you but, I'm sure all know what it means to keep it a SECRET. It is just one wee little thing that makes the meat so tender and such an unforgettable taste that all does love.
Yes this is my Favorite Holiday
Sadly it falls this year just before Friday that we are not to eat meat on Friday till Easter for it is Lent. I look at it this way we will have great leftovers for the weekend what a wonderful treat this will be.
Once I get all straightened out with leaning all that is new on my computer I promise to post many pictures of St Patricks Day for you here at "The Little House In The Woods"
