May The Luck Of THe Irish Be With You Always ERin go Brach

Finally St Patrick's Day Has Arrived.  Oh Yes There Are some Mighty Big Smiles On My Face This Morning..
Woke Up Early Watched The St Patty's Parade, Had Some Delightful Irish Hazelnut Coffee, Ran Over To Ireland For a Wee Bit.

Then Back To "The Little House In The Woods"  To Start Cooking a Delicious Traditional Iris Day Meal.
Why Of Course it is Corn Beef and Cabbage With Potatoes Simmered in The Finest Irish Beer There is Guinness, Definitely!  Now it Will Cook in The Oven For 4 Hours at 325 Degrees.  Oh How wonderful it Smells In Here.
Later We Will Sit Down To Dinner enjoy the Home Made Irish Soda Bread  and All.  Then We Will Have A Toast With Guinness Beer For Mike and Baileys Irish Cream for me.
What A Wonderful day it is.  Beautiful, Blue Skies, Slight Low Wind, 64 degrees and The Beautiful Sun Shining Brightly.
What Better Day Could I Have Asked For Then This.

Picked Up A Shamrock
With an Embedded Irish Prayer

Must Have St Patrick stop By
With His Pot OF Gold

And A Toast To All With Guinness Of Course

The Beauty Of The Celtic Heart

Must Never Forget The Leprechaun

Wishing All a Wonderful Happy St Patrick's Day
Enjoy, Be Safe.  Luck Of The Irish To All
