Woke Up Early Watched The St Patty's Parade, Had Some Delightful Irish Hazelnut Coffee, Ran Over To Ireland For a Wee Bit.
Then Back To "The Little House In The Woods" To Start Cooking a Delicious Traditional Iris Day Meal.
Why Of Course it is Corn Beef and Cabbage With Potatoes Simmered in The Finest Irish Beer There is Guinness, Definitely! Now it Will Cook in The Oven For 4 Hours at 325 Degrees. Oh How wonderful it Smells In Here.
Later We Will Sit Down To Dinner enjoy the Home Made Irish Soda Bread and All. Then We Will Have A Toast With Guinness Beer For Mike and Baileys Irish Cream for me.
What A Wonderful day it is. Beautiful, Blue Skies, Slight Low Wind, 64 degrees and The Beautiful Sun Shining Brightly.
