Yes I did go shopping to buy all I needed to make a delicious St Patty's Day Irish Meal.
Menu at 'The Little House In The Woods" will have on it,Bailey's Irish Cream, Guinness Beer, Homemade Irish Soda Bread, Corn Beef, Cabbage, Potatoes.
This sounds great to me. I've already starting baking the bread today and it smells so wonderful in here, nothing like the smell of home made Irish Soda Bread. I know it will be smelling absolutely fantastic tomorrow with the cooking of the corn beef and cabbage in the Guinness Beer.
Yes I am Irish and this Holiday has always been a very special day to me since I was a little girl. But, then again I believe that all have a little bit of Irish in them on St Patty's Day!
