Hope all had a great weekend,
with this being our First Weekend of April.
It started with a little snow and the Phillies winning their Home opening game against the Houston Astroes, what a nail biter of a game that was, very cold, then Saturday no snow, no rain, but yes it was cold. So we
went to Boscovs due to them having more charms and one bead that I needed for my Pandora bracelet on sale, so it was buy 3 andget one free great deal there, then it was on to Lense Crafters to have my eye glasses checked, seems as if I need a new prescription, I thought that I just fell asleep watching TV way too many times and perhaps just needed to be adjusted, but no so in the middle of April I will be going to the Eye DR. lucky lucky me and get a new prescription. So then we went to Target, to find out the new medicine for dry eyes that make your eyes make their own tears, lucky lucky me oh yes, for my Medical Insurance now covers that medicine allot cheeper If I buy it monthly, so I will go back there during the week and pick them up. Back to the "Little House In The Woods" Mike took Shiloh for a walk, wile I made her grooming appointment for her to get the works next week. Then we left went to dinner at Herman's oh their food is the best in the World to me any way. I had these Salmon Cakes and Kasha & Bows oh how delicious it was, he gave me so much that I had to bring some home along with my desert for they had coconut layer cake for desert, I can not have that yet so I did take mine home and put it in the freezer. On to the Dollar store had to pick up some beautiful Sympathy cards that they have there so much nicer than the ones that Hallmark has. Now the phillies won again Saturday, way to go guys. We went to watch the movie Black Swan, my Pulmonary DR recommended it to us, it was the Greatest. I enjoyed it so much, I do not believe Mike did so much, for he kept saying "I am having a problem following this movie" I didn't think so. I thought it was extremely well done, the actors where Fabulous, as was the Ballet Dancing, and the story behind the entire movie. I highly recommend it to all. I guess if you are striving for the same thing as the main character in the movie is then you will fully understand it in oh so many different ways.
Got up early Today, Sunday Mike made me pancakes and I made my coffee, oh the pancakes he made were the best he has ever made in a long time, then we got ready to go to the Flea Market. I bought nothing at all, Mike oh yes he bought a couple cassette Tapes and a few albums of course Then a Diet A&W Rootbeer for me. I drove back to the "Little House In The Woods" looked down at the mileage Hor-Ray I finally hit 2,900 miles on a 2 and 1/2 year old car, not bad for a car I do not like. Finally home, to watch NASCAR, well Dale Earnhardt Jr. almost won it, I was so happy while watching that part but, No it was not meant to be for Kevin Harvick won it, really do not care for him. Of course my All Time Favorite Driver Mark Martin came in 10th not bad, but he has to get on the ball and win a race or three in order to be in the Chase. Phillies Won today too. WAY TO GO GUYS, Keep It Going. Then Mike decided to order for us My very Favorite didn't even know about it, yes we had that Delicious White Garlic Pizza I always rave about, oh yes I am still Raving for it was again done Perfectly.
The weather was not bad today a bit windy, a little warmer, but I still had a sweater under my Stone Harbor sweatshirt and was still cold. Then missed the Country Music Awards tonight for I was on the phone with this very Polite Tech trying to fix a couple things on my IMAC. He also gave me sad news, that my Apple Care will be running out on 04-09-11, and if I need any help after that it will be $49.00 to call about any problems I may experience and if it should need parts well yes I would have to pay for them too and for on and on. Going to pray for my computer and light a candle for it that I might be able to get at least another three years out of my IMAC !
Well that was about it, hope all had favorable weather as we did except for friday.
