This afternoon, being a cloudy day, looking like it was going to rain any minute, and it was cool out there today, felt allot like Autumn finally. So We went to see my girl friends little girl, Tiffany, play her first Soccer Game, she is 5 years old. It was the greatest day I have had in a long time watching these little tikes run around playing soccer. There was this one little girl she amazed allot of people she was dressed in full soccer gear, and she was only 3 years old. These children ranged from 3 years old up to about 7 years old. They were really good, did not expect to see these children listen so well, and really go after that ball to make a Goal, Yes Tiffany's team won 2-0. They are really great. It was just so cute when Tiffany saw me and walked off the field and got a package from her mom to give to me, for it was a Present she bought for Shiloh, yesterday when she was in Stone Harbor. She bought Doggy Treats all decorated with cream and jimmies, that she was so proud of. I told Tiffany that I would give them to Shiloh when I got home and that she would really like them. Then she went back on the field to play. Then it was break time. The children sat there so mannerly eating their orange slices drinking their juice drinks. Tiffany's Mom gave all the children when done napkins to wipe them selves off from the oranges then put some Purell in their hands to sanitize them. Back to play the rest of the game. I have to say that this was the best entertainment I have had in a long time. I believe everyone there had a great time. I know that Mike and I did. Yes you best believe that we will be there every Sunday to watch Tiffany and her team play soccer up to November. It was just such a Fun Day, one that will always stay with me.
Finally time to go back to the Little House In The Woods and of course watch NASCAR, yes Jimmy Johnson won this race in DE, Mark Martin coming in 12th position , not that bad for he started in 42nd position today. I must say Mark, allot better than the past weeks.
On to Baseball, the Phillys got Beat by the METS YAAAAY, Mets 7 and Phillies 3, sort of the same score as last night between these two teams. Oh yes this was My Kind of Game, Mets took that Series, way to go Guys. Last but not Least the Eagles won their game. Then I made dinner, nachos with ground turkey, ginger, jalapeno peppers, garlic, and cheese sauce. Pretty good for a fast dinner.
Oh on Saturday it was so very hot 89 degrees out there, but we walked for 2 and a ha;f hours at the Flea Market, oh how thankful I was for the Mango Water ice and the two not one bottles of water. While there we went to the Amish food stand, bought this great bread they make, the plain white and cinnamon raisin, so very good. Oh of course a half dozen of the sugar free Apple Cider donuts, yes they are the very best, all you really taste is apple cider. Then home to have dinner, ME, Salad of course Mike made himself some pasta. Then we watched the Baseball game of which the METS Beat the Phills, Score being Mets 5 and Phills 2, oh yes I was Happy. Then out came the Wine for Mike,. It was such a fantastic weekend full of so much fun, I must say so.
