Jewish New Year L'Shana ToVah !

This is the Holiday of Prayer and asking GOD for forgiveness for your sins, as I will do!
Today , weather not so good, heavy constant rain.  So much cooler but, it sure did feel great.  Especially when you're in the kitchen making a Spinach Kugel.  Allot of time it takes, the spinach, cream cheese, garlic, chopped onion, raisins, Golden Raisins. Oh and the Jewish flat Egg Noodles.
I got it in the oven a little after 12 noon, and as usual I made too much, for I was trying to make just a medium one but, no I ended up making a medium/large and had enough to make another almost medium.
We had the chalah, apples we dipped in honey, finally time to eat.  I of course had a nice size jersey tomato but only ate 1/2 of it, then of course some of that Spinach Kugel that took allot of time to make, Oh let me tell all it was so delicious.  we also had sweet Kugel. we had Herman's Jewish Restaurant / Deli Sadly the bottom of that Kugel was burnt, what a big disappointment that was, as was the Chalah we got there, I asked for a round with golden raisin chalk, no we got a stale round one.  I had sam and Mario over to join us here at the  "Little House In The Woods". We all enjoyed our dinner and great Company.  Desert we had a Jewish Apple Cake baked at ACME, WoW it was so good.  Wishing all a Very Happy Healthy, Sweet New Year!

It was nice to Have this Jewish New Year with my Son and his friend.  All in all it was a very wonderful evening.  Only Upsetting part Bear 23 Packards 24, Sadly I'm a Big BEARS Fan!
