Very Merry Christmas To Everyone For 2017

Christmas eve we finished all the decorating and cleaning our mess when done.  Had to get all ready for today.
Woke up to the smell of Cinnamon rolls for breakfast Mike opened his presents, as I made my coffee.  HE was delighted by all.  Mike spent allot of time on FB, for Christmas guess that was a bit more important to me.  He did help cut some of the cheese that I needed to make a huge Mac & Cheese and a smaller one for my Son to take home.  I know that would be a very delightful present for him and Mario.  I put the pineapple on the ham along with the honey and maple, then made the cranberry and mandarin orange sauce.  Sam & Mario came I wasn't dressed nor had I opened my presents yet.  But that didn't matter no surprised for me for I ordered all that I like and Mike acts like he got them for me,  Who knows one year just one year perhaps there will be a beautiful gift from him under the tree that is from his heart.
So I went up got dressed checked on the Mac& Cheeses all was well and they were ready.  So then I opened up what Sam gave us for Christmas, I got a set a sheets that sadly had to go back because of being microfiber, but I got a cup and saucer from London ?????? Mike got one too, Mike got an Otter box a heavy duty one for Christmas from sam and a wallet from Mario.  Same I gave a cast iron kettle too, it was beautiful and 2 boxes of tea, to Mario I gave a $45. AMAZON Gift Card and a 30 pack of Act Movie Microwave popcorn, he seemed to be so delighted.  I also gave them both a $50.0 gift card for Olice Garden so the both of them could go out to dinner together.  I started to open y presents, but, had to bring it to a halt for it was dinner time.
I will say that what I prepared for diner the Mac & Cheese , Sweet potatoes, Mashed white potatoes , biscuits etc was so delicious.  we rested some after dinner.  Then had a black and white cake it was so delicious.  Then Sam and Mario got their things together and way they drove in their 2001 BMW SUV.  I finally had a drink with Mike for Christmas and we toasted to Christmas.  Off to the music room he went and I stayed down i the daily room crying.

It took me quite a while to get my Christmas spirit and it is sad to see how fast it can leave  you as it did  me.
