7 Days Till Christmas and Chanukah

Where has all the time I thought I had in the world to get ready for the Holidays?  As usual Yes, I'm running so far behind, do have my inside steps partially decorated just have to put the candles on the steps. The tree it is here needs to be put in the stand and then off I will go to decorate it,  tHis year I bought these beautiful ED wooden  snow flakes.
Have to admit I was a bit down and out for this is a rough month for me with my Dad passing away now 12 years and my cousin Eric passed away 12-17-2008 9 years now.  It makes the Holidays  a little sadder for me and harder to get it together.
But I did have a good thing happen this month .
For on December 9th I became a Great Aunt to a loving little boy by the name of Fynn Henri, Henri after my Dad, His Grand daughter thought well of him.

He puts a smile on my face, every time I look at his picture I also have a picture of him right after he was born with my step sister holding him.  Perhaps I'll share that some other time

Merry Christmas to all  I will be back to complete my blog.  Honestly have worked hard on getting out care packages to our Troops, I wrote out over 100 Christmas crds, Lettres from Santa, Christmas Poem, and Decorated just as many candy canes in red whit and blur ribbon also sent Hot Chocolate and Chocolate Holiday Candy
