Happy Birthday To My Loving Dad In Heaven

Today is my Dad's birthday.  It was a day of tears for me, for I miss my Dad so very badly it has been 10 years going on 11 in December.  For some reason or another it just really hit me very hard today.
So as I sit here with tears running down my face and sniffling from crying so hard, barely able to breath.  I have so many loving Memories of my times with my Dad and they are all very deep in my heart where I now they are always safe with me and should I need a smile I just take one out and a big smile appears.  My Dad and Mom Adopted me, So as He always told me I was chosen and that he loved me so very much.  I honestly know that he did.  My Dad was there for me the first fall, the first scraped knee, the first broken bone, stitches, first boyfriend, first broken heart, classes for ice skating, piano, horse back riding so much more.  My dad was a kind, caring, loving, thoughtful man that I trusted and always believed in.   My Father, My Friend, My Hero, Most Important "My Dad" !

Oh how he enjoyed going to The PUB, ever since I was so much younger

and had always kept going there .  Allot of Beautiful Memories were made here with my Dad!!

when he was sort of forced to come back to his home in PA to live but, that is where my Mom was Happiest so it seemed!

My Dad He Served in WWII

With all the stories he told me of his experiences he had during this time in his life, I believe that is what made me feel that I would enjoy giving my Support to our Military.  Paying it Forward.  So I have been doing since March,2003.  MyDad was proud of me during the first year for he was here to see it.  I believe he has seen from Heaven all that I have accomplished and all the bright Smiles I have brought to so many of our Deployed Troops, Fallen Heroes Families, Veterans and so very much more.  Thank you Dad for believing in me that I could make a difference in this tuff World we live in but I do it all in a very positive thankful way.
