I was supposed to bake him a coconut pineapple cake but, I was up very late well really I don't think I ever got to sleep. So unfortunately there was no Birthday Cake. I did make him Ranch, Bacon, Chicken Pasta Salad as he wanted for his Birthday dinner. Yes Mike brought home 2 pieces of cake when he stopped off at the ACME on the way home he even got fresh eggs, Think I will be baking a his favorite cake tomorrow just for him. Hoping to take Mike out to a special place for his Birthday dinner on Sunday the 19th At The PUB with my sister and Brother in-law think it will be a very nice time for all. Really looking forward to this. We haven't see them since I believe after Christmas.
