Well today if the Ground Hog sees his Shadow On This Cloudy Rainy weather that we are having then we get to have 6 more weeks of Winter.

In NY Chuck In the Cloudy Rainy Sleet Skies Didn't See His Shadow

Yet even Though Phil Was Dragged Out Of Bed Put Under The Lights When He New It Was Supposed To Be The Sun Light, He Claimed He saw His Shadow.  Absolutely Impossible!
