So glad to be back at the "Little House In The Woods" happy to be back with Mike and Shiloh

Don't have much to say about the Heart Cath. To be honest they had me so drugged up to relax me for they can not put you to sleep that I really do not remember what the DR. that did the procedure said to me. I was a bit upset for the DR. that was supposed to do it, didn't, Why ? I have no idea, where was that DR.? I have not got a clue. I am now waiting for my Cardiologist to call me to tell me everything he should know from the Heart Cath. Really hope he reads his messages and calls me to let me now what the results are and where or what I am to do from here, for I am still having the same problems. Also very sore from the Cath. , very tender spots to put a cath. in at but they needed the main artery and in he went. Now I am going to go and lay down and wait for the Cardiologist to Hopefully Call me. Perhaps some of this pain and very sick stomach will go away. Best go now for I will let you know as soon as I know what the results are.

Cardiologist finally called at about 5:58p.m.est. that the DR. that did the procedure said that the valve that was replaced in May of 2009 was some what smaller than should be and that could be the reason for my shortness of breath, he also stated that he checked the air pressure in my lungs all was well there, but he did not want to run a wire through my heart due to the pace maker (EXCUSE ME HE WAS A LICENSED CARDIOLOGISTS WASN'T HE) so my Cardiologist said that he did not want to put me through another open heart surgery to replace the valve that I have for it is working just causing me to be short of breath. Hmmmmm, I don't know about that statement. I do know that I did not have the Aortic Valve replaced with the wrong size one to cause me to be short of breath the rest of my life. Then I told him how sore I was from the Cath. and sick to my stomach and he said to call him on Monday.

So this is what I got out of the conversation, my lungs are great not causing the breathing problems, the valve is working as it should just the wrong size and causing the breathing problems for me. No I do not want to go through that surgery again to replace with the proper one, for the Thoracic Surgeon should have known what he was doing, apparently did not know. Is this fair to me ? NO WAY Where do I go from here? Clueless ! As you know I did set a goal out for myself to walk the 3 day walk for Breast Cancer, guess I best forget that one for I have a difficult enough time walking around the grocery store. Sure have shed allot of tears over all of this. I am actually shocked that such a well rated and highly spoken of Thoracic Surgeon as I had DR Rosenblume, of Cooper Hospital could make such a Serious Mistake, that I will have to always have with me while he goes along walking and what ever else he might do not having one breathing problem as he gave to me.

I think I will end this here now, for I did promise to let you know the results in some ways they are favorable and in another they were not. When all the Final Results come in I Promise to tell you. All I guess I can say right now, quite Sadly is WHY ?
