Yummm Great Dinner

My very favorite dinner and how delicious it was. No complaints from Me, Mike or Shiloh, we also had Baked Sweet Potatoes, Mine and Shiloh's favorite to go with the Salmon. Oh of course we had some Carrots and Brocolli. Oh yes it was a very good dinner have not had it at home in a while, sure did miss it. I Don't eat Meat so it is either Salmon, Haddock, Tuna, Veggie Burgers, or a great salad with lots of Romaine Lettuce, Organic Tomatoes, garlic, some cubed Hot Pepper Cheese, Extremely Sharp Provolone cheese, and of course can not forget a few Croutons, then just a little Light Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, about 2 table spoons, on it, delicious, one of my all time Favorites. Oh all is so healthy and great for you too.
Bon Appetite !

The Above Was Last Nights Dinner

Now Onto The Massive Snow Storm, in which 2-3 inches of snow was falling an hour. Very Cold, so Mike and I enjoyed having hot chocolate by the Fire Place for warmth. Snow fall didn't last that long but sure did leave allot behind. Oh how beautiful it was to wake up to, looked like a beautiful post card or Christmas Card.

Now after Mike cleaning up 16" of snow, we are off to the Pulmonary Doctor. DR Morowitz what a Fantastic and Caring DR he is, wish all Doctors could be like he is,. A DR. with a great personality that honestly cares about his patients, imagine that. Oh I know I told you about him prior to this. Was supposed to also see the Cardiologist, but due to the snow my appointment was canceled till FEB 10,2011. Makes no sense to me for they are not that far from each other and if one office can open why not the other? Hmmm will never figure that one out. Guess the Heart just is not that Important.
Did take some great pictures of the snow, will post them later. Oh how beautiful it was out there till Mike went out with snow blower and interrupted the Virgin Snow. The snow is that heavy snow the Good type for making Snowballs, yet also known as the Heart Attack Snow for cleaning up your grounds and cars, due to it being so heavy. Well I must go now. Oh how I hope all have as wonderful a day as Shiloh and I did earlier while playing in the snow. Really not that cold out for it is 37 degrees and with the sun shining so brightly it actually feels rather good.
Well that is it for now. See YA !
