Today is the 21st of December so Happy Winter to everyone. This morning at 2:44a.m.est went outside in the freezing cold to watch the Lunar Eclipse, that was truthfully something Wonderful to see for I have never seen one before and from what they are saying this is a Rare happening on the Winter Solstice. The last one was almost 4 Centuries ago back in 1658 and the next one will not be in 2094. I know I will never see one again. So yes it was worth it to freeze my but off, should have put on something more than a night gown and my fleece hoody jacket. The Moon was bright orange, as above. then these dark clouds so it seemed, passed in front of the Moon and as fast as it started it was over. Mike left for work I went in the house and curled up with Shiloh and back to sleep we went.
So now it is Winter, I thought it came weeks ago with as cold as it has been, but No it Really came this Evening at 6:48p.m., So Hello Old Man Winter glad to see you? Please do not act up as you did last year with all the Snow and the Power Outages which meant No Lights, No HEAT. Please Can't you make it a Little warmer Now Than It Is, for I have so much to do to get ready for the Holidays, and a little warmth sure would feel Great right abut NOW. I know they are saying we may, just may get a Significant Snow Storm this Christmas Day Night or possibly Sunday, please Dear Old MAN WINTER do not let this come, really not ready for it at all.
Time to go bundle up under my quilts, and down comforters, for it sure is freezing tonight, for it is 30 degrees right now. Well gotta go, for I am going for the WARMTH !
