Did You Get Your Pumpkin Yet

Today I went out Pumpkin Picking, looked as if there were not too many big ones to pick from but no problem I did find one that will be just fine for Halloween. Can't wait to carve it oh so much fun that shall be. Well if you did not get your pumpkin yet you best hurry up, for there is only 4 more days till the Spooky Scary Day Arrives.

Well after going out and choosing the perfect pumpkin, I decided to take a short walk and take some pictures of the leaves changing colors, for they are so beautiful. You must admit this is the most colorful time of the year. I especially love to watch the leaves change colors and fall to the grounds, reminding me some times as if they were colored snow falling for there are so many falling all at once and blowing in the wind. Oh how Shiloh loves to chase the leaves as they are tumbling down upon the ground and flowing through the air.

Then after taking the pictures I decided I should start doing some more raking, from the storm last night we had leaves all over, I knew before I went out that it would be best to give the leaves a little time to dry. With the temps being in a comfortable 72 degrees, I knew that yes they would dry pretty much. So I raked and I raked, finally to getting all tuckered out. Came into relax with a tall glass of Iced Green Tea, oh how very refreshing it was, so well needed. Then Shiloh and I played around for a bit with her toy babies, soon she pooped out.

Well that is it for today. What a lovely day it was. Very enjoyable spending most of the day with myself, but I really did enjoy my ME Time so much. Think I really needed it.
